Laser therapy works through insertion of photons into damaged cells by a unique process called photobiostimulation. The cells begin to produce energy (ATP), which improves their function, assists their division, strengthens the body immune system, and causes the secretion of various hormones. If the damaged cells have died or if cells are unrepairable, the biophotons help the division of neighboring cells, generating new tissues and, in turn, bring about healing.
Therapeutic Laser Center utilizes state-of-the-art systems with individualized patient protocols for exact repeatable dosing. The power is in the 25 to 1500 mW range and uses red and infrared laser for shorter treatment time and greatly improved therapeutic results. Low level laser treatment has no known side effects and is FDA approved for use in the US. |
